Tokyu Plaza in Omotesando - Tokyo Intro: Experience #48 of 55

This mall is located on Jingumei, the main street, at the intersection on top of Meijijingumae Station.  Right in the heart of Harajuku and Omotesando, it is a popular location to visit.  There are all types of interesting shops inside including a mini-Tokyu Hands.  There are often pop-up stores in the building and the mirrored entrance way is very cool to pass through.

The rooftop has a classy Starbucks with exits onto a rooftop park patio.  The rooftop patio / urban garden has many places to sit and has views of the surrounding area.  If you have been walking around Harajuku and Omotesando, this is a nice place to take a break, but it does get crowded.  Bills Omotesando Restaurant (Australian breakfast) and the Starbuck Omohara are one convenient package for eating and lounging around.  While the mall doesn't open until 11 AM, there is an elevator to take you up to the roof that is open early.
